Leadership Team
Taylor Anderson, PE
President
Taylor is president of Blue Landworks LLC. With more than 27 years experience in the civil engineering field, he provides clients with individual attention. A graduate of Purdue University, Taylor currently serves as a City Councilmember for the City of Sugar Hill. Previously, he served on the Sugar Hill Downtown Development Authority, Gwinnett County Development Advisory Committee, and Partnership Gwinnett. Taylor is licensed in four states: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. Taylor also is a Level II certified professional in erosion control in Georgia.
Elizabeth Anderson
Office Manager
Liz, Office Manager at Blue Landworks, brings 10 years of experience in office operations for the firm. Liz excels in budgeting, payroll, and implementing efficient office systems, contributing to the firm’s productivity and client satisfaction. Known for her organizational skills and proactive approach, she fosters a collaborative workplace. Liz holds a BS in Pharmacy from Purdue University.

Stuart McClimans, PE
Director of Engineering
Stuart has more than 40 years of experience as a professional engineer. A graduate of the University of Florida, Stuart’s broad experience in the land development industry provides clients with a depth of knowledge to assist them in directing their project to a successful completion. Stuart is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia and is a Level II certified professional in erosion control.
John Nicol, PE
Senior Project Manager
John has more than 30 years of experience in design of land development projects. A graduate of the University of Portsmouth (England) and Clemson University (Masters program), John has extensive experience in both public and private projects. John is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia and Level II certified professional in erosion control.
Grant Crowe, RLA
Project Designer
Grant has more than 15 years of experience in survey and design of land development projects. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Grant brings a unique skill set to the Blue Landworks team with experience in surveying, engineering and landscape architecture. Grant is a Registered Landscape Architect in Georgia.
Matt Tardif
Senior Civil Designer
Matt has more than 20 years of experience in design of land development projects. A graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Matt brings a tremendous amount of CAD and design knowledge to the Blue Landworks team.
Carter Hoff
Engineering Technician
Carter Hoff, Civil Engineering Technician, brings 7 years of experience supporting infrastructure and development projects. Skilled in drafting, design, and fieldwork, he assists in roadway, utility, and site development projects, using tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS. Carter is a graduate of Auburn University.

Josh, a Licensed Professional Surveyor at Blue Landworks, brings years of experience in providing precise surveying services for diverse projects. Josh utilizes advanced technologies, including robotic total stations and the latest GPS technology, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
